About the firm and your case
How we work, what to expect and what happens to your data.
The cost of our services depends on how complex the case is and how much time it requires. We give you a transparent, detailed quote before starting any work. Get in touch so we can look at your specific situation and give you an accurate estimate.
We assess every case honestly and transparently. We'll give you a realistic assessment of your chances, based on our experience and a detailed analysis of your situation. We don't promise impossible results: we give you the best advice and representation we can and, if something isn't viable, we'll tell you.
It's natural to worry about losing, or about not getting good advice for the money you've spent. At Coda Nuance Legal, we're committed to a high-quality service, transparent fees and constant communication, so that you feel confident and supported at every stage of the process.
How long a legal process takes can vary considerably depending on the nature of the case, the courts' workload and other external factors. We'll give you a realistic estimate of how long your case might take and keep you informed of any relevant change or development.
The first step is to get in touch with us so we can assess your situation and work out the next steps. Gather all the relevant documents and get ready for an initial consultation, where we can go through your case in detail and offer you a clear, tailored strategy.
Our candour, our honesty and the personalised approach we bring to every case. We don't promise what isn't viable, but we do value our time and expertise. Every case is handled with genuine attention, taking into account the nuances that make the difference.

Yes. Most procedures are handled online using a digital certificate (certificado digital) and video calls, so we work with clients all over Spain and abroad. You only need to attend in person when the procedure requires it.
Your data is processed under the GDPR (RGPD) and Spain's Data Protection Act (LOPDGDD), only to deal with your enquiry, manage your appointment and, if you instruct us, provide the service, always under professional secrecy. The website and database are hosted in the European Union. We do not sell or disclose your data: only the providers we need (hosting and email and, if the firm connects one, its calendar) process it, on the firm's behalf. Appointments and consultations
How to book, what a consultation involves and how to change it.
You can book directly on this website by choosing the type of consultation and an available day and time. You'll receive a confirmation email, with the office address if the appointment is in person. For a video call, we'll send you the link before the appointment, and you'll also find it on your appointment page. You can also message us on WhatsApp or send us an email, and we'll reply within 24 working hours.
First, you tell us briefly about your situation when you book. In the consultation — in person, by phone or by video call — we answer your questions and, if needed, offer to prepare a detailed report or to take the matter forward for you. There is no obligation to continue.
Yes. Your confirmation email includes a link to change or cancel the appointment. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so that we can offer the slot to someone else.
